Acceptance of Terms

By creating a 5jlph account, logging in to the 5jlph platform, or using any service offered by 5jlph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply to all users of the 5jlph platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the site in any capacity. Your continued use of 5jlph following any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

To register and use the 5jlph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 5jlph strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing 5jlph from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 5jlph, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 5jlph platform for any reason.

5jlph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

Account Registration

To access real-money games on 5jlph, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If 5jlph discovers that you hold more than one account, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.
• Keep your 5jlph login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify 5jlph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5jlph reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide any documents requested, including a valid government-issued ID.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 5jlph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your 5jlph wallet are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page. 5jlph supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank for deposits.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 5jlph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied. Real-money funds deposited by the player may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification requirements.
• Fraud Prevention: 5jlph employs fraud detection systems. Transactions flagged as suspicious may be delayed or declined pending investigation. 5jlph will not be liable for delays caused by fraud prevention procedures.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting 5jlph support is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action to recover funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

5jlph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 5jlph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• 5jlph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, 5jlph's decision shall be final and binding.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 5jlph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general principles apply to all games on 5jlph:

• All games on 5jlph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player. 5jlph's decision regarding technical malfunctions is final.
• 5jlph reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, technical fault, or any other malfunction.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over 5jlph or other players. This includes but is not limited to bots, automated betting software, and collusion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5jlph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using 5jlph if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one 5jlph account.
• Using the 5jlph platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the 5jlph platform or its underlying systems.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the 5jlph platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with 5jlph employees.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug must be reported to 5jlph and will be forfeited.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 5jlph staff or other players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 5jlph platform — including but not limited to the 5jlph brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of 5jlph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 5jlph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 5jlph platform without prior written consent from 5jlph.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5jlph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 5jlph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the 5jlph platform.

5jlph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5jlph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

5jlph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the 5jlph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5jlph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and 5jlph cannot be held liable for data breaches that occur despite reasonable security measures being in place.

Responsible Gaming

5jlph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. We provide the following tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 5jlph account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 5jlph account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Amendments to These Terms

5jlph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 5jlph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The revised terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the 5jlph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 5jlph platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

5jlph operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with 5jlph may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
